When it comes to radishes, most of us eat them
raw - often by slicing them and salting them or doing as the French do:
eating them with salted butter. It’s simplicity at its best. However,
this PureWow recipe for whole
roasted radishes may well stop you in your veggie loving tracks - it is
really good! Just toss a few bunches with olive oil, lemon juice, salt
and pepper, and then get them in the oven. Seriously--that’s it. Try
them alongside roast chicken or slow-cooked wild salmon - or slice them
and eat them on a healthy bread smeared with salted butter. (Old habits
die hard, you know.)
